Worried you have COVID-19? Here's everything you need to know.
Communication: Notify the HQ team via covid@lively.org.au. We will get in touch as soon as possible to check how you’re going, gather more information and provide further instructions.
Testing & Isolation: Isolate at home according to the latest government guidelines. We will reach out to make sure you have proper support in place for that time.
Returning to work: Resume sessions with members after 7 days, provided you are symptom-free. If you are not symptom-free by this time, you can return to work with members once you have been symptom-free for 72 hours.
Example: If you test positive on a Monday, you may return to work the following Monday.

Testing & Isolation: Please take a rapid antigen test on any days when you have these symptoms.
Returning to work: You can continue working provided you return a negative result for COVID-19.
Communication: You are not required to communicate with Lively HQ unless you return a positive test result.
If you receive a positive result, follow steps for ‘I have returned a positive PCR test for COVID-19’.
Exception: if you have had COVID-19 in the last 28 days, this testing requirement does not apply. This is because research suggests you have elevated immunity to COVID-19 and are at a lower risk of reinfection.
These are some of the scenarios where this might apply:
You have had contact with a confirmed COVID case.
You attended an indoor event or venue with limited social distancing and where masks may not have been worn.
You attended an event or location where another attendee tested positive.
You recently travelled on a plane.

If you are isolating because you are a close contact through your work at Lively, we will compensate you for any sessions you have to cancel within the next 24 hours.
If a member cancels a session within 24 hours because the member has COVID or is a close contact, normal cancellation rules apply, i.e. they will still be charged and you will still be paid.
If you have to cancel a session because you have COVID and you did not contract it while working at Lively, standard rules for illness apply and unfortunately you will not be paid.
