You must confirm your timesheet as part of checking-out of your session. This is vital not only to ensure you are properly paid, but also so that members are invoiced the correct amount each month.
When you 'Start check-out', on the Lively app, after adding the session note, you will be prompted to confirm your timesheet and report any mileage for transport provided to the member.
The times should be the times booked with the member unless it was agreed that you extend.
You can view your recent timesheets in the Timesheets tab on the app.
N.B. You should be scheduling your session in advance on the Lively app, which will prompt you to then 'check-in' and 'start check-out'.
If you have transported the Member in your own vehicle as part of the session, then tick the box and enter the number of kms you travelled in the field that appears below.
This vehicle allowance flows through to your timesheet and will be included in the next fortnightly pay run.
