Transition to Hireup

Are you interested in transitioning to Hireup as part of Lively's wind-up? Here are the steps for you!

1. Inform Lively by filling in this form. This will ensure we can coordinate with Hireup and any providers who are working with them to ensure you continue working with your members.

2. Register with Hireup using this unique sign-up link: https://app.hireup.com.au/registration/support-worker?referralCode=HireupNov25

   • First aid: Hireup has discounted courses available through CBD College (see https://hireup.com.au/learning-and-development/support-worker-benefits/), and Helpers can use the referral codes listed there if they need. Hireup is happy to reimburse costs once you're approved on the Hireup platform and have your bank details set up, rather than paying on your behalf.

   • NDIS Worker Screening: same approach as First Aid. You can apply directly, and Hireup will reimburse once you've completed onboarding and your profile is active. The profile is active once you've completed your first shift.
