At Lively, we try to do our best by one another. Lively's Community Code outlines our shared expectations of one another to which we hold each other accountable. As you'll see below, this doesn't just apply to Helpers. It also applies to Lively HQ, members and any other people connected with Lively's programs.
If you feel someone isn't being treated in a way that is consistent with the Community Code, you can get in touch with one of our incident handling team, who'll chat to you and any of the people involved about what happened, and if necessary, take action against any people who haven't been behaving appropriately.
