Greet the member, ask how their week is going.
Open up their matching request on the Lively app and plan your session together.
If at any point you're struggling to come up with activities to fill your time:
Use the Lively Flash Cards to help come up with ideas for activities you could undertake together.
Alternatively, you might like to use the the Lively Personal Projects Worksheet. Just make sure you make a copy before filling it in.

Conduct a safety assessment of their home. This happens on the first visit only.
0:10–1:50 (for 2 hour session)
Go through the activities you've agreed to undertake in their matching request.
It is generally recommended that not more than an hour is spent on tech help, as this is a particularly intensive activity for both member and Helper.

Complete the check-out process in the Lively app
Complete your notes from the session.
Confirm your start and finish time.
Confirm your next session time (it should be the same time).
