If you are providing the 'Transport' or 'Personal Projects' services at Lively, you are able to support members to go on outings for social, creative or essential activities. To ensure that you are properly equipped for these excursions, it's important that you complete a plan for each outing.

You are able to plan an outing quickly and easily following these prompts in the Lively app.
When you check into a session, a button will appear to 'Log an outing'. This will open the outing planning form.
You should fill in the form together with the member.
You will need to fill in some details about the destination, and indicate whether it is a short trip (less than 20 minutes) or a long one (20 minutes or more). Shorter trips require a shortened version of the planning form.
You will also need to note down that you have considered the member's needs and any additional risks they have faced.
Finally, you will be asked some specific questions to ensure you are properly prepared for your chosen mode of transportation. Please note that, at present, helpers are not able to travel in members' vehicles.
Logged outings will appear on members' activity feeds at the bottom of their profile on the Lively app.
