If you or a member has a medical or psychological emergency:
Call 000 and follow their instructions.
This includes any event where a member has a fall and is unable to get up unassisted. You can provide a chair or table for them to lean on, but should not provide manual help.
Do not administer first aid unless you possess a valid first aid certificate.
Call Lively HQ.
Use the 'Immediate response' button accessible via 'Key contacts' in your Lively app.
Lively HQ may ask you to reach out to the member's emergency contact. You may need to go to the hospital with the member until their emergency contact has arrived.
